The speaker, Liam Gordon, will describe the workings of the shaft and silo and talk through the main challenges facing the project and the current solution for the shaft and silo processing facility. Liam will discuss the main areas and work packages of the project, the prototyping of five key pieces of equipment that form the downstream operations for the processing of the retrieved waste from the shaft and silo.

Liam will also include a detailed description of the system, highlighting some of the issues that have been realised throughout prototyping and talk through the solutions that have been developed to overcome these issues, including some interesting topics which specifically involve chemical engineering.
