We are honoured to welcome Paul Sheerin, esteemed engineering leader and advocate for mindful leadership, as our February 2026 guest speaker.
Paul Sheerin is the Chief Executive of Scottish Engineering, representing over 500 engineering and manufacturing companies across Scotland. An Electrical & Electronic Engineering graduate from the University of Glasgow, Paul began his career in nuclear engineering before moving into international leadership roles with Polaroid and Babcock & Wilcox.
With decades of executive experience across the UK and US, Paul is known for championing mindful, people-centred leadership. He is also a committed advocate for young people in STEM through his work with Young Enterprise Scotland and the Strathleven Foundation.
At our first Leadership Talk for 2026, Paul will be inspiring us on the theme: “2026: Leading with Presence, Purpose and People”
