IMarEST - Managing Risks during Monopile Installation

Monopiles are the preferred foundation type for offshore wind farms due to their ease of fabrication and installation. As water depths increase to 60m+ and wind turbines increase in power beyond 14MW, the size and weight of monopiles has increased dramatically. When combined with wind farms being constructed in a wide range of ground conditions, the risks of refusal, pile run, and excessive noise are growing. In this webinar we will discuss these various risks and how to manage them during design and during the installation campaign.
